Put That Pop Down!

For my New Year’s resolution, I gave up pop.  I would drink about two or three cans of Diet Coke per day and on a really bad day, up to five. I have not had a pop in 31 days and I have never felt better!
My skin has become ALOT clearer and I have tons of energy now. When I say my skin has become clearer, i’m not just talking about the acne, my skin has a glow and it is more of an even tone.
The main ingredient in Diet coke is: Aspartame: This chemical is used as a sugar substitute and there are over 92 different health side effects associated with aspartame consumption including brain tumors, birth defects, diabetes, emotional disorders and epilepsy/seizures.SCARY STUFF!!
More studies are showing that pop can only increase your chances of health problems and it has no benefits what so ever! Next time you’re going to open a can of pop, substitute it for a glass of water, trust me, it’s worth it!

  1. good for you lilly, so proud! I gave up pepsi for a long time but then I lept off the wagon b/c it tastes so freaking good!
