Holy smokes!!!! Katy Perry is a MESS!!! Everything is wrong with this look! 2001 called, P!nk wants her hair back. Katy’s hair has been a wreck since the beginning of 2011 and right now she looks like a Smurf! and her roots are terrible. For how much she makes, you’d think she would be able to afford a better hairstylist... at least she tried to match her shoes to her hair... Awkward...
Her outfit looks like a combination of 70’s fur, mixed with a skirt a high school preppy would wear. I think if the skirt was actually a dress and she got rid of her hair, shoes and vest it could have worked. Maybe. Solid F for WHAT THE F WAS SHE THINKING?!?
Now I know why Russell filed for divorce... Yeah, I went there.
I'll give her credit on her shoes they are cute, but she wrecks them with the outfit. I love the hair style, fits her face, hate the color; I like the dress idea, and I think she should give the vest to lady gaga i'm sure she could chop it up and come up with something actually creative.
