Oh Katy!! A couple weeks ago, I gave her worst dressed and I have to give it to her again. I know she goes through her “fashion phases,” but I am sick of this blue one. Gross. She is a really pretty girl, but she looks as if she went down to Walmart and bought everything blue that she could find. At least her makeup looks good. Katy, please retire the blue look. We all know you’re blue ( pun intended) from your divorce, we get it, but Russell has moved on and maybe you should too.
